A ribbon cutting ceremony opened Joy Asian Cuisine, with chairman of the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians, David Roosevelt, celebrity guest George Chung, and Commissioner Fred Balderrama doing the honors. They offered a toast to “a new beginning” for the restaurant.
