Little Saigon’s Tết Parade takes place on January 25, 2020, which falls on the Vietnamese New Year, Year of the Rat. The Parade begins at 8 a.m. with opening ceremonies featuring lion dances, a firecracker show, flag salutes, and many family-friendly, traditional rituals. Following the end of the parade, another Firecracker Show hosted by the Asian Garden Mall will take place at 12 noon. The parade begins on Bolsa Ave at Magnolia with moves east towards Bushard where it ends.Over 60 organizations including non-profits, school districts, marching bands, parade floats, veteran and youth organizations, martial arts schools, Vietnamese Scouting units, local jurisdictions, and more take to the street to mark the start of the Lunar New Year.The TET Parade is one of the biggest parades in the Vietnamese communities in OC. This event is a good outreach for our client to greet everyone with free giveaways during the Lunar New Year and to showcase their support for the community.
